What you should know about CopperNET service
CopperNET Solutions offers free support visits to customer sites as well as telephone support.
- Support Hours are : Monday - Friday 07:30hrs - 18:00 hrs and on Saturdays 09:00am - 11:30am.
- Our service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week
- Our bills are sent electronically on the 15th of every month, giving our customers 14 days in which to settle the bill.

Reason 5 Traffic management and clear allowances
By managing traffic to favour low-latency applications and before other applications we offer the best possible performance for all users. This includes putting business traffic before traffic like peer-peer (P2P) downloads which can result in uneven and unfair allocation of bandwidth particularly on shared services.
Reason 6 Open and honest approach
We openly tell you that the bandwidth is shared. Even the naming of the service and its allocation tells you that. It even tells you how it is shared. This is different from other providers who tell you that you have a certain speed but fail to mention the contention ratio.
