Encompasses the executive functions of the Local Authority, with key units reporting directly to the highest leadership.
- Office of the Town Clerk: Functions as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), overseeing daily operations and leading the implementation of developmental programs. Acts as the central point of coordination for efficient service delivery and policy execution.
- Internal Audit Section: Ensures operational integrity through continuous monitoring, risk assessments, and robust control systems. Conducts audits to assess compliance and reports findings to executive leadership and the Audit Committee.
- Procurement Section: Manages all procurement processes for transparent, fair, and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, adhering to public procurement laws and supporting the authority’s operational and strategic needs, including CDF projects.
- Public Relations Section: Acts as the communication arm, building and maintaining a positive public image through press releases, outreach events, media relations, social media management, and crisis communication strategies. Aims to enhance transparency, public trust, and stakeholder collaboration.
