In an effort to provide accessible healthcare services to Kamwala South residents, the government is constructing the Kamwala Health Post using the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
Significant progress has been made on the construction of the facility, which is steadily approaching completion.
The health post is expected to enhance access to essential healthcare services for more than 50,000 residents of Kamwala South, Kamulanga and surrounding areas, offering a much-needed solution to longstanding challenges in accessing local medical care.
Once operational, the facility is expected to reduce the burden on nearby health centers and minimise the long distances residents previously had to travel for basic medical care
